The Powassan Eagles dropped a game yesterday evening in Rama, Ontario. The Eagles fell 7-1 final, despite entering the game playing some of their best hockey of the season. Powassan has dropped four straight, but will hopefully turn things around on this road trip.

Powassan's lone goal in the Rama game was scored by Pierre-Olivier Gauvreau and assisted by Dryden Sollman. Powassan was also playing with a short bench in the game, missing some of their top players in Jan Smid and Anthony Trozzo.

As mentioned, the Eagles kicked off a four game road trip with these game in Rama. Looking ahead, the Eagles will next play the Toronto Blue Ice Jets. The Jets are sitting in the top five in the regular season standings and will pose a competitive game.
