The Parry Sound Islanders have debuted the 2015-2016 squad through three games thus far.

The Islanders have recruited a very competitive team, with a strong European talent base.

Despite going 0-2-1 through the first week of play, Parry Sound is very pleased with the group -- as the first few games of the season were against some of the North Divisions strongest teams. Parry Sound opened the season against the always strong Temiscaming Titans and Almaguin Spartans.

The most recent OT loss came against the Sturgeon Falls Lumberjacks.

Leading the club through the early going with three points a piece is Czech Enver Presheva and Australian Anthony Barnes. The dup each has two goals and an assist through three games.

Next up for Parry Sound is the Bobcaygeon Storm. Bobcaygeon is back in the league following a two year hiatus under management. The game takes place on Friday, September 25th with a 8:30pm puck drop.
