Parry Sound Drops CLose Game

The Parry Sound Islanders were on the road this weekend to Sturgeon Falls to take on the Lumberjacks. The penalty filled, rough game was eventually taken over by the Jacks handing Parry Sound a 7-5 final.

Dominik Petr gave the Islanders every opportunity to win in goal making 28 saves. Evner Presheva had an outstanding offensive performance with four points  (1g, 3a) in the game.

Also finding the back of the net included: Pejsa, Cukr, Simek and Thornton.

Looking forward the Islanders will look for revenge at their next home game Saturday, November 22nd when the Sturgeon Falls club will come down to our barn. Come catch all the action at Bobby Orr Arena with a 8:15 puck drop.
